We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer and or from us. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL, FedEx and Royal Mail. Any returns that are due with customs charges (if any) will be covered by the buyer. Either by invoice or will be deducted from the original refund. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your return.
We accepts order cancellation within 24 hours after payment but before items are shipped.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to process a cancellation. Please note, that your order cannot be cancelled if already dispatched.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5/10 business days. Allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

STORE CREDIT REFUND
You can choose to receive the refund via store credit (valid for 30 days). You will receive the store credit after the return package arrives and be examined at our warehouse. The credit can be used to buy any product available in out store but cannot be refund in form of cash and transferred to another person.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item or the wrong colour so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a refund. Such emails should include the date of purchase and photographic evidence. In any such cases, MaryangelHighfashion will provide a prepaid return label to you to have the defective/wrong item shipped back to us.
We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent. For declined returns, the order will be shipped to the buyer and any additional shipping charges will be invoiced. Please kindly note that bodysuits, swimwear, underwear are non-returnable.
